What happens at CrossFit Dauntless?

  • One hour classes, 5 times per day, 5 days per week plus 1 class on Saturdays and Open Gym times.

  • Our members attend an average of 3+ classes a week and many have been a part of Dauntless for over 5 years!

  • Members ages range from Teenagers through to 60+ (plus dedicated CrossFit Youth Classes)

  • Qualified coaches that love helping people get stronger, faster, fitter and healthier

  • Our community of members is almost exactly 50/50 male and female, just like the rest of the world :)

Some people are here to lose weight, some want to gain weight, some are training for other competitive sports and others want to carry their grandchildren for years to come.

With support from coaches and other members - whether during classes, taking on an additional fitness challenge, enjoying one of our social events or sharing simple, healthy nutrition advice - joining Dauntless is about joining a community.

What is a typical CrossFit workout like?

Every day is different, so there is no typical workout. We don’t follow a repeating ‘program’ as the body adapts too easily to the same workout. Our programming is planned in advance to ensure constant progression no matter your fitness level.

With levels to choose from, the programming is adapted to cater for all fitness needs and progression. In each class our coaches ensure the movements are tailored to your individual needs to ensure you move safely to maintain intensity.

The other great thing is we offer 5 class times each day, but every class does the same program on the same day. It doesn’t matter if you miss your regular 6am class and come to the 5pm instead you will get the same workout in!

You also don’t have to book in advance for our classes, we have plenty of space (in our awesome new gym!) and heaps of equipment. We know life gets busy so this flexibility provides the best change to make it to classes regularly.

  1. We suggest a No Sweat Intro - a 20min chat where you can come and see what Dauntless is all about and discuss with a coach what your goals are - no exercise required!

  2. Come and join us for a Free Week Trial

  3. Sign up for our Kickstart Package
    - 8 Weeks of Unlimited Membership
    - Foundations program
    - 2 x Body Scans
    - Introduction to nutrition

  4. We will then help you choose the best Membership for your lifestyle!

You could think of it as an 8 week fitness challenge, but instead of prescribing an unsustainable diet and training regime to get short term results, we work with you to make incremental habit improvements that you can sustain for a lifetime.
