Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 overripe banana
1 egg
1 scoop protein powder
20g approx. your choice of flour
Instructions
Mash the banana with a fork
Beat the egg and combine with mashed banana
Stir in protein powder and flour
Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with oil
Spoon mixture into the pan to make your pancakes
Once bubbles appear on the pancakes, flip
Cook for approx. 2 mins on the other side
Serve with your fav toppings! My go to are microwaved blueberries, yoghurt and cashew butter
