Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 overripe banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 20g approx. your choice of flour 

 Instructions

  1. Mash the banana with a fork 

  2. Beat the egg and combine with mashed banana

  3. Stir in protein powder and flour 

  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with oil 

  5. Spoon mixture into the pan to make your pancakes 

  6. Once bubbles appear on the pancakes, flip 

  7. Cook for approx. 2 mins on the other side 

  8. Serve with your fav toppings! My go to are microwaved blueberries, yoghurt and cashew butter
