Veggie Burger ‘Toast’

Ingredients
1 veggie burger
Dip of your choice
2 eggs
Alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
Cut veggie burger in half lengthways
Pop the cut veggie burger in the air fryer and cook for approx. 10 mins
Cook your eggs to your liking… boiled, poached, scrambled.
Spread your dip on each veggie burger half
Place your eggs on each half, season with salt and pepper
Finally, top it off with some alfalfa sprouts and voila!
Notes
No air fryer? Lightly oil a fry pan and cook veggie burgers until heated through and a little bit crispy.
