Ingredients
480g Prawns
320g Leggos Napoletana sauce
80g Spinach
240g Tomato
280g (dry) Vetta Protein Pasta
200g Ricotta Cheese
Instructions
Add Prawns to fry pan, stir fry for 5 minutes
Add in Pasta sauce & Ricotta
Cook pasta according to packet
Toss cooked and drained pasta through the prawns and sauce
Fold in tomatoes and spinach
Notes
Using regular fat ricotta cheese will increase fat macros by ~5g per serve and ~50cals per serve. Choose according to your goals
