Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
25g fresh spinach
20g reduced fat feta
Garlic Powder
Onion Power
200g Chicken breast
Olive oil
Instructions
Mix together chopped up spinach, feta, garlic & onion powder
Cut a pocket in the chicken and stuff with spinach mixture
Place on a piece of baking paper with some olive oil in the air fryer (or on a tray in the oven)
Cook at 180degrees for about 20 minutes*
Serve with veggies of your choice^
Notes
Set chicken in the fridge to chill for a short amount of time to helps the stuffing set, which can lessen the chance of it coming out during cooking
*cookings times may vary due to varying appliances
^We recommend at least 200g of veggies with this meal. Mel used mashed sweet potato and broccoli.
